The world-class Scottish chef teaches how to cook turkey the proper way. He also shows you how to make the gravy that will go delicious with the turkey.
You first make the butter stuffing to put inside the skin of the turkey to make the bird moist while its cooking. After that you hit salt and pepper inside and start to season the bird. Thereafter, you put the bird in the oven and cook for about 30 minutes.
After that, you take out the bird and roast the bird with strips of smoked bacon covering the top of the bird. This will keep the bird moisturized and prevent it from drying. You cook for about 3 hours until the bird is ready, and then you let it sit.
